I have just returned from an 8day criuse on the Princess. Both guide and crew were informative, helpful and friendly. They work many boats during the year, changing when the boat is out of service oder staff are away for family reasons etc. They are all trained by the National Park Guides and are well organised. The safety precautions were well managed.

1 - the cruise went on nicely. All services were provided well within the expectations.
2 - Galapagos is amazing, incredible, unforgettable. Expectations were high but were superseded. I will return, for sure.
